Why a website needs maintenance
A website is not a printed document: it runs on a server, with software that evolves and security flaws that are discovered regularly. Without care, it becomes slow and vulnerable, and eventually stops displaying properly.
Hosting is the space where your website “lives” on the internet. Maintenance covers the tasks that keep it healthy: security updates, backups and small fixes.
Our three plans
- Essential, for landing pages and showcase websites: hosting, domain name, SSL certificate, backups and security updates.
- Pro, for showcase and booking websites: everything in Essential, plus maintenance, up to 1 hour of small changes per month and a performance report.
- E-commerce, for online shops: everything in Pro, plus shop monitoring, e-commerce maintenance and priority support.
Prices and plan details are shown below. Work beyond your plan is charged at €45 excl. VAT per hour, always with your prior agreement. For web applications, hosting is covered by a personalised offer.
Commitment and cancellation
Plans are taken out for 12 months, then renewed automatically for 12-month periods. To end one, simply let us know by email at least 3 months before the end date. Your client area shows the end date of your subscription. Specific rules protect consumers: they are set out in our terms and conditions.
Where is your website hosted?
With o2switch, a French hosting provider, on servers located in the European Union. The domain name is registered in your name: it belongs to you. If you ever want to change hosting provider, you receive a copy of your website’s files and its database; we can also carry out the migration for you.

What do the included small changes cover?
The Pro and E-commerce plans include up to 1 hour of small changes per month: updating a text, a photo or opening hours, adding a news item… Beyond that, work is charged at €45 excl. VAT per hour, with your prior agreement.
Is the domain name included?
Yes: every plan includes the domain name, registered in your name, as well as the SSL certificate, which shows “https” and the padlock in the browser.
Is my website backed up?
Yes: backups are part of every plan, starting with the Essential plan, along with security updates.
